PURCHASE CONDITIONS

These terms determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and claiming the products offered on this site.

ORDERING

The ordering of goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The minimum amount of online order is 100,00  kn (including VAT).

Vendor i.e. Seller is Amadeus MAJ d.o.o. A buyer of goods is a visitor to an online store that selects at least one product, places it in a cart, pays by credit card, e-banking, credit transfer (bank transfer) in the bank (HP or FINA) and sends the order to the Seller or sends the order and pays for the item at the moment of delivery (cash upon delivery). Goods are deemed to be ordered when the Customer chooses and confirms the payment method. Through the internet shop www.amds.hr, the buyer is enabled to purchase all the products on the Seller's website.

Customers can become adult persons residing in the Republic of Croatia who accept our terms of business, as confirmed by ordering items in the online store. Completely or partially incompetent persons can order items only with the consent of their legal representative.

We reserve the right to make printing mistakes. In the case of an incorrect price or text in the online store, the relevant price or information shall be communicated by the operator, i.e. Seller's employee.

Delivery is done exclusively in the Republic of Croatia.

All prices are quoted in Croatian national currency, Croatian kuna (HRK), with VAT. The prices shown at the online store are valid for online purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

The Buyer will receive an order confirmation notice by e-mail after the purchase that contains all legally prescribed details has been completed.

PAYMENT

The ordered products with the delivery costs; will be payed by the Buyer to the Seller in cash upon delivery of the goods or through a bank transfer or a credit card on the seller's website via WSpayPaymetGateway with American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard or Maestro Cards. In the event that the Buyer orders the goods and refuses to accept them, the Seller shall have the right to request from the Buyer the reimbursement of the postal and own manipulative costs.

           

 

Choose a payment method

1. Payment upon delivery: The amount is paid in cash upon the delivery of the package.

2. Payment by credit cards: American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. When ordering online, you need to specify the credit card number and the expiration date. After order confirmation we will charge the card with the amount of the sale price of the retained items plus the amount of shipping and packaging costs.

3. Bank transfer payment: The amount is paid by depositing the money to Amadeus MAJ d.o.o. bank account

DELIVERY/SHIPMENT

Delivery conditions

We will deliver the ordered items through the GLS delivery service. The shipment will be done within 3 to 5 working days from the date of receipt of the payment (bank transfer payment) or from the date of receipt of the order (payment by credit card or upon delivery). Delivery to the islands and smaller places is done once a week on a pre-set schedule.

If you have received a delivery receipt notification from the delivery service, you can call them and arrange for subsequent delivery. It is possible that some of the items ordered have an extended delivery period or are sold out. We will try to deliver all ordered items in one package. If this is not possible due to inventory, we reserve the right to deliver in more than one package.

Shipping costs are 35,00 kn - no extra charges.

The recipient is obliged to communicate the right mobile phone number, for timely delivery information.

Free delivery

Free delivery for orders over 299.00 Kn of ordered goods value (no shipping).

Other delivery conditions

The products will be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by conventional manipulation in transport. The buyer is obliged to check for possible damages when picking up the product and immediately claim to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, i.e. refuse to take over the shipment where there are visible external damages.

Goods are secured from loss during delivery. The buyer is obligated to sign the delivery note when taking over the goods and the GLS delivery service will take it as a takeover certificate.

If the goods are not available, the Seller will notify the buyer (in writing or by telephone) of the delivery deadline. The buyer can then accept a new delivery deadline or cancel the order. If the Buyer decides to cancel the order, the seller will return the money.

CLAIMS, EXCHANGE, REFUNDS

Claims

The provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and the provisions of the Mandatory Obligations Act shall apply to the obligatory relations between the Seller and the Buyer. In the case of a material defect on the Product, the Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller within two months of the day when the defect was discovered. An original invoice must be attached to each claim. 

In case of a claim due to a material shortage on the product, the customer must complete the claim form  ( link to the form) and send it to the Seller. The Seller will check if there are reasonable justifications for the claim and notify the Buyer. The return of the improper goods is organized by the Seller through the GLS Delivery Service and he shall bear the costs of the refund. 

UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT and the exchange of goods

Pursuant to Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right not to state the reasons for the unilateral termination of the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item in possession.

Items returned by the Buyer must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed.

In the form of an information form (users can find it here) about the right to unilateral termination of the purchase agreement, the Customer's rights and obligations as well as the Seller's rights and obligations in the event of the user's right to unilateral termination of the purchase contract are stated.

Direct costs of reimbursement are borne by the Buyer (shipping costs).

In the case of unilateral termination of the contract, the Buyer may decide to:

-submit the goods to the Seller's address at his own expense, and the Seller, after receiving and verifying the  goods, transfers the funds to the buyer's account minus the delivery costs or

 

-exchange the article for another item or for the same article of another size. In that case, the Buyer submits the goods to the Seller's address at his own expense; the Seller shall send the exchanged item or the same item of another size upon receipt of the goods and reimburse the costs of re-delivery (if less than 299,00 kn) and any possible difference in price.

REFUND

In the event that the Buyer chooses a refund, the amount of the sale price of the returned items will be credited to the bank account (without delivery cost). Please, indicate the IBAN number and the bank where the account was opened; as well as the phone number in form for the the unilateral termination of the purchase agreement.

 

PROMOTIONS

Promotions do not refer to existing orders and cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts.

PAYMENT SECURITY STATEMENT

WSPay applies the most modern data protection standards - SecureSocketLayer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption and MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between the WSPay system and the credit card authorization centers is carried out in a private network that is protected from the unauthorized access by a double layer of "firewalls".

We are obliged to provide personal data protection by collecting only the essential, basic customer / buyer information necessary to meet our obligations; we inform buyers on how we use the data we collect, we regularly give customers the choice regarding the usage of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to delete their name from the lists used for marketing campaigns.

All customer information is strictly kept and only accessible to employees who need those information to do their job.
